Hybrid scrubber drier
It works on battery or power with 15mt of cable on board the machine. Despite the size - 10lt tank and 46cm working track, the machine is light and maneuverable, designed to wash large areas of hard floor from 200 to 2000sqm.
Suitable for environments such as exhibition halls, churches, museums, gyms, dance studios, schools, kindergartens, medical centers, airports, supermarkets, shopping malls.
Description
The high-efficiency 24VCC – 360W two-stage suction motor is manufactured by sister company Rotafil of Padua; despite its very low consumption, its performance is amazing. The permanent magnet brush motor 24VCC – 150W is also produced by Rotafil; both of these motors were created specifically for this machine. The maximum consumption is only 300W during charging and is equivalent to the maximum consumption in cable mode.
The floor wiper nozzle is steerable: it rotates in the opposite direction to the machine to vacuum perfectly even while cornering and can be removed without tools; the squeegees can be rotated for use on 4 sides for maximum reduction in operating costs.

Why choose it
REMOVABLE TANKS MOUNTED ON THE RUDDER
The blue clean water tank is equipped with a dosing cap, and the front recovery tank is equipped with a float switch and motor protection filter. All filters are treated with an antiseptic product to eliminate bacteria, fungi and dust mites on contact.
The tiller is adjustable to 160°, so it can be adapted to the needs and height of the operator, allows easy access under low tables and furniture while also allowing the machine to be folded for transport in a car.
ON-BOARD BATTERY CHARGER
The LW46 Hybrid is 100% hybrid so it runs on both batteries and current by having 15 m of cable on board as well. The charging time after a full discharge of the batteries is only 3 hours compared to 12 hours for GEL batteries. At all stops, it is possible to recharge the batteries without waiting for a full discharge and subsequent downtime.
6 DIFFERENT ROLLERS
The machine has a single roller projecting from the front (for skirting board washing) at high rotation speed (1200 rpm). It is dynamically balanced, can be replaced in seconds and without tools, and its pressure is adjustable.
LW46 Hybrid knows no obstacles because it adapts to any type of floor: marble, wood, terracotta ceramic, resins, quartz, etc. Pressure adjustment (standard) and a range of bristle rollers or with abrasive discs are available to fearlessly tackle any challenge.
