LW44 Flexy - LW52 Flexy are the new scrubber-dryers designed and built by Lindhaus to minimize environmental impact, increase productivity and minimize energy and water consumption.

Equipped with the unique patented FLEXY joint, these machines offer maximum maneuverability even in large, cluttered spaces: the handle can rotate freely 360° or be locked in the most comfortable position for the operator, ensuring comfort and ease of use in any situation.

Description

The high-efficiency 36VCC 300W single-stage Rotafil By-Pass Brushless vacuum motor, manufactured by sister company Rotafil of Padua, has 3 speeds to achieve 200, 250 and 300 watts of power. Despite its very low consumption, its performance is astounding even at the lowest speed. The two self-ventilated motor-gearboxes are also made by Rotafil and thanks to the careful study of every detail, from the magnetic plate to the gears and the high reduction ratio, they provide high torque with low consumption and extremely low operating temperatures.

It is also possible to install a board with 9 UV-C Led lamps, which, emit ultraviolet light at a wavelength of 270-280 nm and have the function of inactivating viruses, bacteria and fungi, preventing their proliferation.

The LW44 and 52 Flexy are the only machines in the world with a patented Flexy joint that allows the tiller to rotate 360° or lock in the desired position every 15°. This allows the operator to work hours without effort. When the machine needs to wash under tables, around furniture or in very small spaces, the Flexy joint can be put in a free position allowing the handle to freely rotate 360° so that the machine can easily turn in any direction.

PROFESSIONAL HYGIENE

To ensure safe and healthy environments at all times, especially in sensitive spaces such as doctor's offices, nursing homes, senior centers and beauty salons, the LW44 Flexy scrubber can be equipped with a HEPA H11 filter. This filter, installed above the recovery tank, not only prevents the re-entry of micro-dust into the air, but is also washable and treated with a bactericide-virucide product. The tank can be fully opened, which allows it to be washed to effectively eliminate bacteria, fungi, and viruses.

PERFECT CLEANING

The machine is equipped with two counter-rotating brushes that extend both laterally and frontally for washing up to the wall. The floor squeegee is steering for perfect vacuuming even when cornering. The squeegees can be rotated for use on all four sides, contributing to maximum reduction in operating costs.

The machine is equipped with a powerful 36V-20Ah lithium-ion battery that provides 90 minutes of autonomy in eco-mode. Thanks to the display located on the handle, it is possible, by simply extending a finger, to manage all the functions of the machine, set them according to your needs and check the battery charge level. The powerful Lindhaus charger allows it to be fully charged in just 3 hours.
