- Experience in B2B sales and foreign market development
- Knowledge of the foreign market and international trade dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and contract closing skills with distributors, retailers and wholesalers.
- Management of the complete sales cycle: prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and post-sale.
- Advanced language skills (fluent English; other European languages are a plus).
- Basic sales reporting and analysis skills (Excel, dashboards, etc.).
- Ability to organize and manage business trips and international trade shows.
- Willingness to travel frequently abroad

Hard Skills

- Knowledge of industrial production processes
- Ability to perform dimensional and functional checks
- Reading the technical drawing
- Use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, testers, etc.).
