The file is not stored in the system. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.4 Warranty registration<\/h3>\n\n<p>Data collected: first name, last name, date of birth (optional), email address, telephone number (optional), company name (optional), country, address, city, postal code, machine type, model, serial number, date of purchase, dealer name, marketing consent (optional).<\/p>\n\n<p>Purpose: registration and management of the warranty for the purchased product.<\/p>\n\n<p>Legal basis: performance of the warranty agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.5 Lindhaus in the world<\/h3>\n\n<p>Data collected: first name, last name, date of birth (optional), email address, telephone number (optional), company name (optional), country, address, city, postal code, machine type, model, serial number, date of purchase, dealer name, marketing consent (optional).<\/p>\n\n<p>Purpose: to put the user in contact with the Lindhaus distributor in their geographical area.<\/p>\n\n<p>Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.6 Work with us<\/h3>\n\n<p>Data collected: location of interest, first name, last name, email address, telephone number (optional), country, address, city, postal code, message (optional), resume (PDF\/DOC\/DOCX file, max 10 MB).<\/p>\n\n<p>Purpose: management of the personnel selection process.<\/p>\n\n<p>Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR); explicit consent for any special categories of data contained in the CV (Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Note on attached files<\/strong>: your resume is temporarily uploaded to the server, attached to the internal notification email, and immediately deleted. The file is not stored in the system. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.7 Product configurator<\/h3>\n\n<p>The product configurator is hosted on an external platform (<code>lindhaus.ottimis.com<\/code>) and integrated via iframe. Data processing and storage methods<\/h2>\n\n<p>The data collected through the forms on the website are processed in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The data contained in the forms (with the exception of the newsletter) is sent by email to the relevant departments and i<strong>s not stored in any database on the website.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attached files (company presentation, CV) are temporarily uploaded to the server for the time necessary to send the email and are then <strong>automatically deleted<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Newsletter data (email and preferences) are stored by <strong>Brevo<\/strong> until the data subject withdraws their consent (unsubscribes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The data collected by Google Analytics is stored in accordance with the policies a9&gt; retention configured in the service (default: 14 months).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
